1. The purchase of the tariff on the site is based on the user agreement, which you confirm at the time of purchase.
2. The rates may be changed by a unilateral decision of the Administration. The cost of the paid period is not subject to change.
3. After registration, the User has the right to use the Platform on a free Tariff. The Administration can provide the User with a trial period on a paid Tariff.
4. To switch to a paid Tariff on an ongoing basis, the User pays for it using the methods offered by the Platform's functionality. The transition between paid Tariffs is possible if the cost of the new Tariff is paid in full.
5. Payment of the Tariff is carried out on the terms of one hundred percent prepayment.
6. The payment date is the date of crediting funds to the Administration's current account.
7. Payment obligations are considered not fulfilled in the event of a refund of funds at the request of the payment organization.
8. The tariff amount consists of the license fee (95%) and the cost of services (5%). The license fee is not subject to VAT on the basis of clause 26, clause 2, Article 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
9. The Administration does not draw up invoices to persons who are not taxpayers of value added tax, and to taxpayers who are exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer related to the calculation and payment of tax.
10. The User's non-use of the services does not exempt the User from paying for them.
11. After the expiration of the Tariff, it is automatically extended for a period similar to the previous one. The Administration automatically debits the corresponding amount from the User's payment card according to the current Tariffs.
12. The User has the right to cancel the autopayment function or notify the Administration of the unwillingness to extend the paid Tariff no later than 3 (three) days before the expiration of its validity.
13. When switching from a paid Tariff to a free Tariff, the User is obliged to bring his Personal Account in accordance with the conditions under which the free Tariff is provided.
14. Upon the first payment of the Tariff, the User gives the Administration and its partners consent to the storage of information about his payment card and agrees that the Administration is authorized to charge a fee from the payment card for:

To cancel the payment, you must write an email to anton.ross@yandex.ru with the title-payment cancellation and the phone number specified during registration. The license fee, which is 95% of the cost of services , is non-refundable. The cost of the returned funds is calculated using the formula:
